Dreena has a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University and she is a Certified Life Coach & Mediator. Dreena is an enthusiastic Coach who believes her credibility comes from many personal struggles that have taught her to relate to people and workplaces. Dreena also has the Chartered Mediator designation from ADR Canada and the Prosci designation in Change Management. Her work uses education as a pillar in promoting change. She encourages people to see their strengths and weaknesses, and she teaches them how to set goals and attain them.
In 2014, she accepted a permanent position with the RCMP as their Informal Conflict Management Practitioner. Dreena is responsible for developing the program from its infancy. Previously, she was the sole proprietor of Building Blocks Consulting. As an entrepreneur and an enthusiastic life coach, committed to the people of Saskatchewan, Dreena has been involved with Conflict Resolution Saskatchewan since 2008 and currently serves as the Past-President. She has a diverse business background that includes non-profit and private business. Dreena has held several board positions and has gained extensive knowledge of how boards operate on several levels including financial. She also managed a most successful campaign for the Kidney Foundation within Moose Jaw.
