CRSI presents Bill Eddy

“Fuggedaboutit – New Ways for Dispute Resolution”

More and more family and workplace disputes involve high conflict personalities who are preoccupied with blaming others, have all-or-nothing solutions, have unmanaged emotions, and may have engaged in extreme behaviours. We have to forget about many of the usual methods to successfully manage and resolve these cases and instead implement several paradigm shifts away from insight, the past, and emotions. This training will offer a specific method for providing more structure, more skills for the clients and skills to emphasize for dispute resolvers, based on the New Ways for Mediation® method developed by the High Conflict Institute. This training will benefit mediators, arbitrators and other dispute resolvers who want to manage any case – high conflict or not – with the New Ways method.

Attend the Conference and learn specific methods and skills based on “New Ways for Mediation”®
