Changing conflict culture is much like preparing for and navigating a hike. The terrain can be smooth at times and steep at others, and the path we choose — along with how we travel it — shapes the experience for everyone involved. In this presentation, participants will learn how to recognize the landscapes of conflict, understand why tensions escalate, and develop the awareness and skills needed to travel through difficult conversations more effectively. Drawing on practical conflict-resolution insights, psychology, and realworld experience, this presentation provides a clear map for transforming everyday conflict at work and at home.
